They were the proprietors/designers of a very successful social stationary firm, Ten Bamboo Studio, in Wellesley, Mass. Philip Renning was a former freelance illustrator. Ten Bamboo clients included important names such as; the Rockefellers, Vanderbilts, Duponts, Zsa Zsa Gabor, and Patti Page to name a few. 400
