The medic this helmet is from was on LCI-5 landing craft during the invasion. Blue painted with small red cross on front only. Original liner. Owners initial B.M. scratched into metal. Owners name will be released to winning bidder only. Sold with photograph of Normandy Beach. 6 1/2'' h. x 9 1/4'' x 10 1/8''.
CONDITION: Note loss of some interior webbing, signs of use and action.

Marked US L F. & Co. 1917 on knuckle guard. Original sheath with tape repair. 9'' blade, 14 1/2'' overall. 2) European bayonet with metal scabbard and leather frog. 15 5/8'' l. marked blade, 21'' overall.
CONDITION: Note wood has separated from metal mount on trench knife. Both show surface rust and signs of use and wear typical to these pieces.
