LATE 19TH C RUSSIAN ICON: Oil/Wood, Depicting Jesus Christ an Apostle and the Virgin Mary, 8 3/4'' h. x 7'' w., encased in a metal oklad with gold dore finish, showing signs of wear due to age, various Cyrillic inscriptions both incised in the oklad and, once removed, underneath to the left and right of Christ.
CONDITION: Scattered abrasions with paint loss with several dents, needs cleaning, sold as is.
