69 | SEMI-ANTIQUE PERSIAN HAND KNOTTED WOOL RUG, 8' 3'' x 11' 10'': This very pretty rug has a central medallion and design like an antique Ardebil rug. The red field with blue and white corners has a scalloped edge medallion that has the same colors. The design from the field seems to flow into the borders and the borders dark blue field does a beautiful job of framing the rug. There is a signature cartouche in the center of one ends outer border. CONDITION: There are worn areas in many places, but the rug is still good looking. |
