168 Click for larger picture PERSIAN SERABAND HAND KNOTTED WOOL RUNNER, 3'7'' x 10'1'': This Serab has a deep blue-black field that is covered with very small botehs or paisley motifs. The traditional field design is complemented by the traditional border motifs of a sort of stepped vine and leaf in colors of red, brown, and beige. In this case the lighter border frames the darker field. A good looking runner that will also be very practical and durable. Condition is good. 300

181 Click for larger picture SEMI-ANTIQUE PERSIAN SERABAND RUNNER, 4'8'' x 19'11'': This extra long Serab runner is actually two matching runners that were professionally put together. The design of small botehs or paisleys in rows covers the tomato red field. The main border has a beige ground with a traditional design of vines with botehs that run around the field. This runner could be used on a wide staircase or a gallery type hallway, looks good while being very durable.
CONDITION: There are some areas of shading but otherwise good.

CONDITION: The dark brown patina has been lost on the heavily handled areas, the horns have been damaged on the tips, horns do come out.
