ESTATE SILK ORIENTAL CARPET 4'1'' x 4'1'': What a beautiful little gem of a rug this one is! This distinctively square, extremely fine knotted rug has a design featuring a circular medallion of turquoise, pinks, and ivories, radiating out from the center on a black field. The rest of the field is covered with sprays of flowers with four spandrels coming from the middle of each medallion radiating to the sides and ends of the rug. It has a beautiful pale green main border and several small guard borders. Again, an extremely fine and beautiful little jewel of a carpet.
