SEMI-ANTIQUE PERSIAN KERMAN HAND KNOTTED WOOL RUG, 8' x 8': This pretty Kerman has a very soft palette as do many rugs woven in this area. The white ground has a central medallion whose design is accented by a midnight blue background that matches the main border of the rug. The rest of the colors that make up the sprays of flowers that cover the field are soft, blues, pinks, green, and beiges. The square size of this rug makes it a rarer find than most Kermans. Condition is good with some shading of pile.
