1151 Click for larger picture KNABE BURL WALNUT BABY GRAND PIANO: Serial number 86160, dates to 1919, book matched burl walnut veneer case. Carved legs on brass castors, carved pedestal stand. Overall measures 38 1/2'' x 62'' x 54 1/2''. Wonderfully maintained, from the waterfront home a doctor and his wife, who played this piano from her youth. An excellent opportunity to acquire a top notch piano, ready to play.
CONDITION: Blemishes to veneer on top, crack at folding music sheet holder support. As with all pianos will require tuning after moving and while it appears fine we cannot guarantee the condition of the soundboard.

CONDITION: As with all pianos will require tuning after moving and while it appears fine we cannot guarantee the condition of the soundboard.

1171 Click for larger picture APPROX. 30-50 YR OLD BOKHARA HAND KNOTTED WOOL RUG, 7' 8'' x 9' 10'': This Bokhara rug has both traditional colors and design motifs of rugs woven in the Turkestan region. The brick and tomato reds outlined with black and lightened with accents of white are used to good advantage within the confines of the design. The staggered rows of elephant foot shaped ''guls'' and diamond shaped ''guls'' repeat over the whole field of the rug. The small borders are a little darker than the field to frame the rest of the rug. Condition is good. 350
