1150 | DYMAXION WORLD BRONZE OF BUCKMINSTER FULLER'S AIR OCEAN MAP: 3d Bronze Plaque, 15 1/2'' x 23 1/2'', This was created in 1970 by promising grad student Peter Logan, signed and dated lower right. It was his first project in the lost wax bronze casting process, and was done in homage to Fuller. Logan had been to MIT to listen to Fuller speak several times. Logan studied at Ohio University under Professor Dave Klahn. A very heavy casting, this bronze weighs over 50lbs. | 250 |
