Sold with a single drawer over single door music cabinet and 18 discs. Cabinet measures 34 1/4'' h. x 23 1/4'' x 21 1/4''.
CONDITION: Prior wood worm and slight veneer bubble to Polyphon case. Currently running however not guaranteed to continue. Evidence of smoke / uneven finish to cabinet.

1072 Click for larger picture 1947 MANOLETE TOROS EN MERIDA BULLFIGHT POSTER: Large poster previewing a bullfight to occur on Wednesday September 3rd 1947 featuring the most famous bullfighter at the time Manuel Laureano Rodriguez Sanchez aka ''Manolete''. Unfortunately Manolete died, after a goring to his leg during a fight with the 5th bull for the day, 4 days before this event was to happen. Francisco Franco issued 3 days of National Morning after his death. Sight size 95'' h. x 44'', framed 100 1/4'' x 49 1/4'' x 2 1/4''.
CONDITION: Foxing visible along fold lines. Not examined out of frame.

OLD PAKISTANI-PERSIAN HAND KNOTTED WOOL RUG, 6'2'' x 9': This rug has a different color palette that is definitely a more modern style combined with a traditional overall design. The black ground of the main field has four large palmettes running down the center of the rug. There are two more palmettes going sideways in the middle of the field. Around and linked to the palmettes are large leaves and vines. All of the design elements are done in golden yellow colors including the wide borders of the rug. This rug would look good in a den or office. Original list price $6500 with purchase receipt price of $3250.
CONDITION: Condition is basically good with some slight stains.

OLD PERSIAN HAND KNOTTED WOOL RUG, 9'9'' x 13'2'': This fascinating Persian rug is literally covered with vases on the blue field and in the large ivory diamond shaped center medallion and the four ivory corners of the field. The vases are in many shapes and sizes and are in pairs that are either just opposite each other or on opposite sides of the rug. The vases have panels of varying designs with almost every one containing an inscription. A rug like this is not just a floor covering, but would be the source of conversation for years to come. Condition is good with a little bit of visible wear. 850

OLD PAKISTANI-TURKISH HAND KNOTTED WOOL RUG, 8'9'' x 11'4'': This rug has extra-large motifs of open flowers, buds, and leaves going down the center of the field from top to bottom. On either side are found smaller versions of the designs. The pastel pinks, greens, yellows, ivory, and beige are all purposely variegated. The resulting effect is one of a silky sheen. The wide green border of the rug adds to the desirability of the piece since green is usually a color that is used sparingly. Condition is good. 500
