FRENCH STIENNON A PARIS GILT FIGURAL CLOCK: Nicely detailed gilt bronze figure of a seated winged maiden gazing into a dresser mirror with dresser box on front. Gilt case adorned with applied foliate and floral motifs, garland, figural men and butterflies, all on 4 ball feet. Enamel dial with Roman numerals, and marked Stiennon a Paris. Silk thread French time and strike movement marked ''MJ 1816''. Overall measures 16'' h. x 13'' x 5 1/2''.
CONDITION: Wear to gilt, chips and discoloration to dial around wind holes. Currently running however not guaranteed to continue or keep accurate time. Key and pendulum in office.
