APPROX. 20-35 YR OLD SINO-PERSIAN HAND KNOTTED WOOL ROUND RUG, 5'2'' diameter: Round rugs don't turn up every day because they are difficult to weave but we are lucky today to have two available in this auction. This one has a black ground and an overall design of palmettes, leaves, and flowers in soft beige, pinks, and white. There are two white ground guard borders, one on either side of a red ground main border. They and the fringe all around complete the design of the rug. Condition is good.
