APPROX 70-90 YR OLD PERSIAN SAROUK HAND KNOTTED WOOL RUG, 8'9'' x 11'5'': This lovely old Sarouk has a traditional design that includes a pretty salmon red field that is covered with sprays of flowers, some radiating out from central motifs and others filling in most of the field. These sprays are done in colors of blues, pale yellow, white, red, green, and beige. A deep blue main border frames the field.
CONDITION: There is some shading and some visible wear, and the fringes are very worn, but overall this is still an attractive rug.
