APPROX. 25-45 YRS OLD TURKISH HAND KNOTTED ALL WOOL PRAYER RUG, 2'4'' x 3'8'': An interesting Turkish prayer rug with an overall ''Blue'' theme to it, the Mihrab or central field of the rug has a pale blue ground with white ram horns at the top and ivory top corners. Narrow red and yellow columns are found on either side of the Mihrab, or niche. Down the center is a red Tree of Life with tulip like blooms, a vase and a basket of flowers. The darker blue borders complete the rug.
CONDITION: Condition is good with some slight stains visible in the ivory corners and the outer border.
