RAMLOSE 4X5 LARGE FORMAT CAMERA BELONGING TO PATRICK EMORY: This is a Ramlose Model A press camera (possibly a rebranded Busch Pressman) manufactured around 1940s-1950s belonging to renowned CNN Anchor Patrick Emory, picture of Emory included. This camera is equipped with a C.P. Goerz Dogmar 165mm f/6.3 lens paired with a Compur shutter. Emory would begin his career as a young newsman at KMOV Channel 4 News in St. Louis, becoming an icon in the local market before beginning a ten-year career as a News Anchor for CNN. He would eventually return to St. Louis, before finishing his career in 2003 at a local Tampa station.
CONDITION: Camera will need extensive service to be restored to functional condition. Shutter function has not been tested. Lens needs cleaning/service. Excellent display and conversation piece.
