1700 DATED CONTINENTAL CARVED BOX: Hinged single board lid with carved horse inside lid, front carved with what appears to be Scandinavian reindeer and dog motifs, initials and dated 1700. Iron lock plate, sides with carved legs, overall measures 12 1/2'' h. x 25 1/2'' x 11 1/2''.
CONDITION: Replacement hinges, many older repairs, nicks, chips and dings.
