Extravagantly carved headboard with arched center panel with angel and religious motif, entire bed metal inlaid all over with floral, foliate and figural motifs in bands and panels. 4 barley twist supports for canopy rails. Several piece marked with 20th Century Fox and inventory number. Overall measures 8' h. x 7'5'' x 74 1/4''. Interior measurement for mattress is 80'' x 69''.
CONDITION: Some missing inlay, chips, dings, evidence of prior wood worms, one support with crack repair, in need of restoration.
