APPROX 80-100 YR OLD TURKOMAN HAND KNOTTED WOOL BAG FACE, 2'4'' X 4'2'': This Turkoman, I think Tekke bag face has traditional designs and colors. The brick red field has alternating rows of botehs in two different patterns. One botehs is composed of inward pointing arrows to a diamond shape center and the other botehs is composed of four panels within a larger outline. Both are done in white, blue, rust/orange, and brick red. There are two guard borders in a running dog variant on either side of the white ground main border and it's repeating water bug/snowflake motif. At one end there is a good size ''apron '' done in rust/orange with a repeating small even cross motif in blue and white.
CONDITION: The sides and ends have been redone by a professional. There is some visible wear but it's not bad for its age.
