GOLDEN OAK 3 PIECE CARVED BEDROOM SUITE: Quarter-sawn oak, unusually ornate 3 piece suite with all pieces matching. Intricate applied gingerbread carvings with a Celtic influence, reportedly made by Irish Immigrants in Boston in the 1880's. Note King's Crowns on all pieces. The headboard measures 80 1/2'' h. x 62'' x 2 1/4''. Larger dresser with oval beveled glass mirror, 3 drawers over 2 drawers over full length drawer, all on castors, 82'' h. x 58 3/4'' x 23 3/4''. Smaller dresser with full length drawer over 2 drawers and a door. 62 1/2'' h. xc 40'' x 23 3/4''.
CONDITION: Small pieces of missing decoration, other wear consistent with age and everyday use.
