APPROX. 30-35 YR OLD PERSIAN BAKHTIARI HAND KNOTTED WOOL RUG, 5'5'' X 10'1'': This bright, cheerful corridor or gallery size rug has strong geometric shapes including squares and rectangles that make up some of the design elements. A large central medallion has a darker outlined center and a white outer medallion. The white used in the central medallion and in the main border juxtaposed with the red, orange, and black give the rug a dramatic look. Additionally, many camels, birds, and other animals are present all over the rug.
