INNESS, George (American, 1825-1894): ''Early Morning'', Oil/Canvas Mounted on Board, 14'' x 19.5'', signed lower right, encased in fruit and foliate motif period gilded high relief deep dish frame, 23'' x 30'' x 4''. Exhibited at the St Petersburg Museum of Fine Arts, and through the museum, was loaned to the American embassy in Australia.
CONDITION: Canvas has been laid down on board, black light reveals several scattered touches of inpaint, needs cleaning, frame shows some wear with older repair and several pieces of missing gesso, sold as is.
