APPROX 30-40 YR OLD PERSIAN TABRIZ HAND KNOTTED WOOL RUG, 9'7'' X 13': This lovely, large room size rug has a well drawn traditional design that includes an open central ''medallion '' created by various palmettes that radiate out from one central motif to form a diamond shape. The same pattern of the palmettes builds out from the center to cover all of the red colored field. There is good clarity of color and shape throughout the motifs of the rug.
