APPROX 20-45 YR OLD INDO-PERSIAN HAND KNOTTED WOOL RUG, 3'9'' X 6'6'': This attractive rug has an ivory field with a repeating Herati design with curved, key like leaves and diamond shaped floral designs densely filling in the whole field. The colors used include reds, green, blues, yellow, and black. A bright orange/red border frames the field. There is a little signature cartouche that is more decorative than meaningful in the middle at one end. CONDITION: There are some visible spots on the field. |

APPROX 20-40 YR OLD PERSIAN NAIN QUALITY HAND KNOTTED WOOL AND SILK RUG, 4'11'' X 7'7'': This beautifully made rug has a central medallion that look like a stained glass ''rose window'' with its intricate design of circles and stars within more circles and stars woven with rich dark colors. The medallion stands out on the white ground of the field. The dark matching spandrels and corners of the field also complement the design of the medallion. The flowers and leaves on the rest of the field are connected by blue/black vines that form looping circles all around the rug. The guard borders and the red ground main border completes this excellent rug. CONDITION: This rug is in good condition. |

SEMI-ANTIQUE N.W. PERSIAN HAND KNOTTED WOOL RUG, 4'6'' X 6'5'': A white central medallion is decorated with a darker inner medallion and the long-curved leaves and round flower heads that are part of a Herati pattern. The variant of the Herati design continues over the rust colored field, building off of the four small white diamond shaped medallions that are found in the four quarters of the field. The archaic design guard borders and the pretty white main border with its repeating flower and vine design in rusts and blues completes the rug. CONDITION: There is some visible wear, the ends are a little rough and there is abrash in the blue corners at one end but this doesn't detract from the look of the rug. |

SEMI-ANTIQUE KURDISH PERSIAN HAND KNOTTED WOOL RUG, 4' X 5'10'': This rug has a great tribal look with two contrasting main colors that are really dynamic. The midnight blue field is covered with bold salmon/orange colored repeating design motifs that are like a tribal version of a Herati pattern. Pale blue and yellow are also found in the motifs and the borders but they don't stand out like the main colors do. CONDITION: This rug has wear consistent with age. |
