1260 | APPROX 15-35 YR OLD PAKISTANI-PERSIAN HAND KNOTTED SILK RUG, 2'10'' X 4'2'': A variant on a Persian hunt scene pattern, this rug has deer, leopards, and lions chasing past flowers and palmettes on the salmon colored field. They go around the black, grey, white, and gold colored central medallion with its matching spandrels. The pale gold corners have pairs of birds in blue and white. The gold guard borders and black ground main border complete the design of the rug. CONDITION: This rug is in good condition. |
