The white accents enhance the look of the rug. The rest of the field is covered with a small overall repeating pattern done in colors that include pink, black, orange, aqua, and white. From a series of 20 views of Paestum called Different Views of Some of the Remains of Three Great Edifices That Still Exist at the Center of the Ancient City of Pesto, or Posidonia (Paestum).
