This ball is signed by Chas. Gehringer, Art Shire, Steve O'Neill, ''Lefty O'Doul, Dutch Henry, Rube Walberg, Nick Altrick, ''Lefty'' Grove, Bill Sweeney, ''Red'' Kress, Harry Heilman, ''Bing'' Miller, ''Al'' Schacht. 3 of the above named are in the Hall of fame. From the estate of Capt. Elmer S. Yates, which is whom Chas. Gehringer handed the signed ball to. The ball resides in a clear plastic case. Approx. 3.25'' h x 3.25'' l x 3.25'' w.
CONDITION: Age consistent fade, yet well maintained as most signatures are legible.

1121 Click for larger picture CARVED 17TH CENTURY ITALIAN HIGH RELIEF FIGURAL CABINET: High relief figural 17th century Italian cabinet with top center of cupboard has a knight's head over the fleur-de-lis flanked by 2 drawers having cherub & foliate pulls. There are 5 drawers & 3 doors that are visible. Bottom drawer has a figure wearing a crown of thorns. Middle right door opens to show 2 drawers that pull out to reveal 2 hidden compartments to right side. There are also 2 hidden drawers, one above, and one below the central door having a nude figure. Central door opens with 2 drawers in a removable frame that reveals 4 more hidden compartments. This piece once temporarily resided in the Fogg Museum, which is the Harvard Art Museum. Believed to reside in an Italian church due to certain figures on cabinet. Approx. 32'' h x 34.25'' l x 15.75'' w.
CONDITION: Left figure has missing arm, central door has feet missing, Wear consistent for age and use.
