OSSORIO, Alfonso, (Filipino/American, 1910-1990): Abstract Composition, Watercolor/Wax/Paper, 33.75'' x 24'', monogramed lower margin and dated '52, framed, 37'' x 27.5''. Written on the back is a note from Alfonso and reads, ''For Hermanda and Myles From Alfonso, 20 x '62''. This picture was a gift to our client, as a wedding present, and the owner is willing to provide a letter to attest to the fact. The artist was a personal friend. Ossorio was also extremely close with Jackson Pollock and Jean Dubuffet.
