GILT MISCHIEVOUS CHERUB CLOCK: 19th C. Gilt clock having a surmounting cherub partaking of some libation, mounted over a Wine barrel shaped body with a white enameled face having a foliate painted design. Raised on a red marble base with scrolling foliate round feet; full measurement is 9.5'' H x 4.75'' L x 4.5 D. Provenance; Estate of Dr. Peter J. Fischinger, M.D., Ph.D., former Associate Director of the National Cancer Institute.
