4 PC. MID-CENTURY WALTER YOVAISH STUDIO POTTERY: Comprising; 2- Red & grey drip glazed Sponge holders, 1- Red squat vase with a crackled glaze neck, & 1- Blue & white glazed vase with an octagonal flared rim. All have incised signature at undersides. Largest Approx. 5.5'' h x 7'' w. Mr. Yovaish has made pottery that wound up in the homes of Richard Nixon, Jacklyn Kennedy, Candice Bergan, Billy Joel, the Mellon family, & the King of Saudi Arabia. He has also had pottery in the Smithsonian Institution.
