COLLECTION OF PIPES, CHEROOT HOLDERS & STEMS: 1) 3 pipes - 2 are Meerschaum; 2) 4 cased cheroot holders - 3 of which are Meerschaum; 3) 6 interesting cheroot holders including a locomotive with metal wheels, a canoe (pipe?) made in France, 3 Meerschaum pieces and one dark brown meerschaum?; 4) 1 amber stem. This collection is from a storage unit - the original owner is unknown. Letters in the unit to and from Dr. Burton Gottfried suggest that some or all of these items may be from his prestigious collection.
CONDITION: Most pieces show normal wear/use. Cases are noticeably worn.
