FRAMED SET OF BONE MAH JONG TILES: Possibly 19th C, carved and painted tiles, affixed to board and bordered by period cast brass plaques with roaring mythical creature, encased in period gilded and carved gesso frame with over-paint and some wear, please note damage to corners of several of the brass plaques. Also note the dove tailed construction of the MahJong backed tiles. Overall 27'' x 27'', tiles measure approx. 1 1/4'' x 1'' each.
