Marked on face Jas. Muirhead Glasgow. Mahogany case with urn finial, barley twist columns on body. Glass tubular pendulum. 6 1/2'' high x 21 1/2'' wide x 10'' deep. Please note chip at base of column, chips to veneer, minor crack in wood surrounding face, and scratches on base, pendulum swings but second hand does not advance.

Sold with hand written family provenance stating this chest was brought from Uxbridge Massachusetts in the same wagon as Susanna Aldrich, 1804-1865.
