V P an eagle head proof marks, obscured SWP inspector cartouche on stock, circle P cartouche near trigger plate, US on buttplate. 45-70 caliber, 22'' barrel with nice plum patina. Stock overall excellent with the exception of one area of damage near breech. Serial number #139346. 41 3/8'' overall length. Original cleaning kit in stock.
CONDITION: Note minor pepper pitting on barrel, small area of damage to stock near breech.
