CONDITION: Scattered spots of foxing with glue residue in all 4 corners; 2) City Scene from the River'', 15 1/2'' x 9'' with margins, pencil signed lower right, monogrammed in the plate and dated 1901, unframed. CONDITION: Scattered pale foxing throughout; 3) ''Federal Building from Quincy Street'', 16'' x 10 1/4'' with margins, pencil signed lower right, indicated lower left last state. CONDITION: Glue marks visible in corners and mid margin, glued down at those points, minor crease in right mid margin, pale foxing; 4) ''Teazee'', 16 «'' x 10'', pencil signed lower right, titled lower left, indicated lower left corner added ? to jar. CONDITION: Taped down to folder in margins, faint staining in upper right margin from tape. Sold as is.
