MODERN PAKISTANI HAND KNOTTED WOOL RUG, 5'11'' x 8'1'': This dramatic looking rug looks like some of the better modern rugs that are also being woven in Turkey. The strong red rust field is mostly open with the exception of the simple yellow, turquoise, dark blue, and white central medallion and four corner motifs that are like a portion of the main medallion. The light colored ground of the main border frames the field with a continuity of the colors found there. Condition is good.
