Letter reads ''Dear Mr. McAdoo: Your telegram of the 19th has been forwarded to me here and I fully appreciate the honor you have done me in asking my help in the problem of posters for the Liberty Loans. Honestly Makes me confess that I am no good at this sort of thing. I have thought and talked about it considerably & have almost come to the conclusion that none of are. I would gladly help you in this if I had it in me. There is one near you, however, much better than I, Barry Faulkner of the Camouflage, located in or near Washington.
