MODERN PERSIAN HAND KNOTTED WOOL RUG, 4' x 6': This rug has geometrical designs that are found in rugs from the Caucasus. The two large ''exes'' in the field radiate out from a small central cross. The ''exes'' themselves are a type of cross usually found in rugs referred to as Seychour. The very striking blue and white running dog border is also found in these rugs, but the weave is not found on this type of rug. Condition is good.
