APPROX. 15-25 YR. OLD PAKISTANI-PERSIAN HAND KNOTTED WOOL RUG, 6'2'' x 9': This rug has a different color palette that is definitely a more modern style combined with a traditional overall design. The black ground of the main field has four large palmettes running down the center of the rug. There are two more palmettes going sideways in the middle of the field. Around and linked to the palmettes are large leaves and vines. All of the design elements are done in golden yellow colors including the wide borders of the rug. This rug would look good in a den or office. Original list price $6500 with purchase receipt price of $3250.
CONDITION: Condition is basically good with some slight stains.
