APPROX. 20-30 YR. OLD PAKISTANI-TURKISH HAND KNOTTED WOOL RUG, 8'9'' x 11'4'': This rug has extra-large motifs of open flowers, buds, and leaves going down the center of the field from top to bottom. On either side are found smaller versions of the designs. The pastel pinks, greens, yellows, ivory, and beige are all purposely variegated. The resulting effect is one of a silky sheen. The wide green border of the rug adds to the desirability of the piece since green is usually a color that is used sparingly. Condition is good.
