OLD PERSIAN OR INDO-PERSIAN HAND KNOTTED WOOL RUG, 7'10'' x 9'10'': This rug is pretty in pink with a pale pink field, a round Ardebil type central medallion done in white and black with pink, raspberry, pale green and blue accents. The four corners are quarters of the central medallion in color and design. The balance of the field is covered with well-drawn palmettes, flowers, and leaves linked in places by vines. The white main border and guard borders nicely frame the central design. Condition is good.
