
EARLY ENGLISH CARVED OAK SIDE CHAIR: Believed to be Charles I, note the stretchers at floor level, pegged construction. Said to have come from ''God's Providence House'' an inn and stage coach a days journey from London. The chairs were brought to the US in the 1800's. Overall measures 39 1/2'' h. x 20'' x 17''.
CONDITION: Splits to seat, looseness, other wear consistent with age and use.
