APPROX. 20-45 YR OLD PERSIAN SHIRAZ HAND KNOTTED WOOL RUNNER, 3'9'' x 10'2'': This wide runner or corridor rug has a red/orange field with six diamond shaped linked medallions that are outlined in white. Each medallion has four chickens outlined in white or orange on a dark blue/black ground. Other chickens, flowers, and random motifs are scattered over the field. A white ground main border and running dog guard borders complete the design of the rug.
CONDITION: The sides and ends have been redone and there is some color run.
