The diamonds average VS in clarity and H-I in color. Each earring centers an approx. 3 Ct. oval shaped mixed cut ruby, rated SI-I1 in clarity, stpR in Hue, 6-7 in Tone and 3 in Saturation. The rubies are bezel set. The diamonds are prong and half bezel set. Post and French clip closures. Weight: 13.9 grams. 4000

Lowrie was elected Mayor of Pittsburgh in 1830, and is also credited with modernizing the fire department.
