161 Click for larger picture IDENTIFIED CIVIL WAR C. ROBY 1860 CAVALRY SWORD: Nice crisp markings C. Roby W. Chelmsford Mass on ricasso, US 1864 ADK verso. Identified by family to Giles Norton of the 24th Cavalry New York. Norton died in service, unknown cause of death. 34 3/4'' blade has mirror bright finish with minor areas of age spots, scratches and flea bit chips. Pommel and guard have nice age patina, original leather and wire are excellent. Original metal scabbard with no dents or dings. The 24th Cavalry was mustered in January 1864 and saw service from the Battle of the Wilderness to Appomattox Courthouse.
CONDITION: Note areas of minor areas of age spots, scratches, almost unnoticed chips to cutting edge. Leather show minor rub areas, scabbard shows age color.

CONDITION: Note areas of age spotting, weakness to etching on blade. Light surface pitting on hilt and scabbard, missing wire on grip. Please call for condition.

162A Click for larger picture 1866 FLORIDA CIVIL WAR MUSTER ROLL: Post Civil War Muster roll of Field & Staff of the US troops, 2nd District of Florida, signed by Brig. General Charles Mundee. Mundee was commended for gallantry and daring. This is the muster out rolls dated August 31st 1866 as the order to disband was given on August 16th 1866.
CONDITION: Note staining, small tape repair in one crease

163 Click for larger picture 1866 THIRD MODEL WINCHESTER MUSKET: Also known as ''The Gun that won the West''. Serial number 77625, .44 caliber lever action. Brass frame and buttplate. All original wood stock, carrying rings. 26'' round barrel with typical Winchester markings. Action works fine. Would grade as a overall good example. Measures 46 1/4'' overall. Sold with bag of parts include 2 replacement sideplates for the Winchester, other assorted parts of unknown guns.
CONDITION: Note overall condition of stock with minor nicks and scratches, one of brass sideframes has been cleaned. Minor areas of surface rust on barrel. Call for condition.

Chocolate patina overall, no pitting. Note chip in stock near trigger guard, reverse side at buttplate. Overall 41'' long. 2000

Stickney. .50 caliber, excellent clear markings. 8'' barrel. 2) Model 1866 Navy rolling block with inspector marks FCW for Frank C. Warner on frame. Excellent clear marking. .50 caliber. 7'' barrel Would grade both guns in very good to excellent condition, action works fine in both. Comes in homemade presentation case made from a silver chest. Case measures 2 1/2'' x 15'' x 10 1/2''.
CONDITION: Note areas of age color and minor nicks to wood on both guns. Small area of fine pitting at end of barrel on Army.
