1 Click for larger picture PAVEL OVCHINNIKOV RUSSIAN SILVER AND CLOISONNE EGG: Hallmarked with Moscow 84 zolotnik mark and Ovchinnikov's hallmark. A fine example of his cloisonne work with vibrant Romanov eagle and floral decoration. Vermeil interior. Sold with small Russian silver stand. Both pieces signed as shown. 3 7/8'' long x 2 7/8'' dia. Approx. 7.6 troy oz.
CONDITION: Note crazing to enamel. It appears the florets along either rim may have enamel loss, however it may have never been there as it is uniform among all florets.

7 Click for larger picture 3 VOLUME 2ND EDITION AUDUBON QUADRUPEDS OF NORTH AMERICA: 3 Octavo volumes published 1852, 1854, and 1854 by V. G. Audubon New York, printed by R. Craighead, Printer and Stereotyper, New York. Hand colored lithographs after Audubon, engraved on stone by Hitchcock and Trembley, printed by Nagel (Volume 1), J.T. Bowen (Volumes II and III). All engravings appear to be present. Red pebbled Moroccan leather with gilt decoration, gilt page ends. Each book measures 2'' x 11'' x 7 3/4''.
CONDITION: Note wear and rubs to covers; darkening and wear to spines, leather loss and repair to spine on volume II. Foxing and toning to pages, pages 51-54 loose from binding on Volume 1.

Shaped marble with cookie corners (there are holes for a previous backsplash). The elaborately carved etagere top with arched mirror flanked by 6 spindle adorned shelves. The chest alone is 30''h. x 46'' x 25''. The etagere is approx. 58'' tall x 46''. Provenance hand written in chalk verso.
CONDITION: This is a marriage. Loss of carving on the etagere, rosette damage, veneer damage on both pieces.
