Berlin, scene depicts Jesus healing the bed ridden daughter of Jairus, encased in later fabric covered liner, 17 1/2'' x 15 1/2''. CONDITION: Several very minor imperfections in the porcelain, barely noticeable even upon close inspection. |

7 | VERY LARGE EXQUISITE PAINTED PORCELAIN PLAQUE: Oval 19'' x 14 1/2'', spurious KPM mark impressed verso, Scene Depicts a Mother and Three Small Children in a Wooded Landscape with Roses, encased in elaborate gilded and carved gesso frame with floral and ribbon cartouche in need of repair, 48'' x 29'' x 3 1/2''. It has been said this piece is early 20th C., as well as mid 20th C., and it has also been said that the KPM mark is real, while some others believe it to be added; you be the judge. Regardless of age or maker, this is one of the most spectacular painted plaques we have had the pleasure to offer. CONDITION: Several minor abrasions and small hairline scratches, but very good overall. |
