Sold with COA. Romain moved to Paris as a young man and took the name Erte, from the French pronunciation of his initials, R and T. His designs influenced theatre, film, fashion and the world of art.
CONDITION: Some minor patina loss around edges, some flaking of clear coat lacquer, abrasion on the female's scarf verso.
