The rosette is set with a cabochon ruby within a diamond bezel and accented with an additional 12 rubies - 6 on top, 2 bullet cabochon rubies on either side and 2 on each end. The rectangular box sits on four bun feet. 26 diamonds accent his piece. The knotted cord is still attached. Measures 2.75'' x 1.5''. Spurious Faberge. Maker's mark and right facing 88.
