WILL SIMMONS LOT: Most interesting lot of this exceptional printmaker includes various sizes of etchings, aquatints, engravings, a catalog of his etchings of birds and animals from the United States National Museum, and a manuscript written by Dorothy Pletcher that was submitted to Scribner's Magazine regarding Simmons and his wildlife etchings from 1929. The essay consists of 5,600+ words. All the prints are signed, most are in good to very good condition, with some tape and glue remnants, scattered foxing, and mild toning.
