Urban Scene with Clock Tower: Total size is 12'' x 9'', unsigned, condition several minor tears in the margin. ''Old Peppertree at San Gabriel Mission'': Image size 7 1/2'' x 10 1/2'', signed lower right, titled lower left, unframed size with margins, 9'' x 12 3/4'', condition several small tears in the lower left margin. ''Mission San Juan Capistrano'': Colored pencil drawing, 12'' h., 9'' w., unframed, not monogrammed, condition pinholes in corners, and several blemishes in upper and lower margins.
